Yes, as with all good things, we must have rules. Once you purchase my auction templates, you are agreeing to ALL of my Terms of Use whether you have read them or not.

All graphics, text and layouts on Auction Templates by Whimsy Attic site were created by me and they are not yours. Please do not download them, use them or claim them for your own.

By purchasing my graphics, you are only purchasing a license to use them within my Terms of Use. You are not purchasing the copyright to the graphics. I retain the copyright to ALL Whimsy Attic products.

The graphics in each template set must be used as a set and are not to be mixed with other artists' graphics.

The protective HTML scripts and the link back to Whimsy Attic Auction Templates MUST stay in tact!

My Auction templates are to be used ONLY on family-friendly auction listings.

Each template set comes with plenty of buttons but also has a blank button and blank topper. You can add appropriate text to them or I can do it for you. Just let me know.

You may NOT resell, distribute or offer Whimsy Attic Auction Template graphics to any individuals or businesses.

 You may NOT offer my graphics online, post them on message boards and/or forums, use them for email stationery, pass them around in newsgroups, or give them away to friends.

My Auction Templates are NOT for commercial use. Whimsy Attic Auction graphics are NOT to be used to design business letterheads and business cards, flyers, tags or labels without written permission first from me. There are additional fees associated with these uses so you will need to contact me for further details.

Last rule is to just have fun!
